We work every day from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Sunday to 4:30 p.m. We accept orders on our website, email email@example.com and W/App, Telegram +7 (905)553-67-36. You can place your order any time, but we answer only at working hours. If you place your order after 6:30 p.m., we are able to deliver it after 12 p.m. the next day

✅ Around Moscow with a metro access (15 min by walking) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Delivery period is 3 hours – 700 rub

How much time do we need to deliver a bouquet?
We work from 9:30 a.m. till 6:30 p.m. (Sunday till 4:30 p.m.). We need at least 3 hours for signature bouquets and 2 hours for mono bouquets. It depends on the amount of orders we have, size of a bouquet and how far a receiver is.
You can always send us a message at W/App, Telegram, Instagram Direct or email to ask what the earliest time we are able to deliver a bouquet you have chosen. And its also better to select an exact time delivery option (800 rub) for express order.
How do you pack and deliver flowers?
Flowers are securely packed in a protective box with water. Our polite, smart and nice courier carries bouquets with great care.
How much time the courier is waiting?
Courier is waiting for 15 min at the delivery address. After that he is bringing a bouquet back to our office. The second delivery must be fully paid.
We can leave the flowers near the door or to neighbours if you or receiver asks for it.
If you decide to change an address after the courier is going to the delivery point, the second address must be fully paid.
COVID - 19
No Contact delivery
No-contact or contactless delivery simply means that flowers are left at the customer’s doorstep, lobby, or another safe place, rather than ringing the bell or knocking on the door and having the flowers change hands directly. The customer is notified by phone or message that the order is ready for collection, which they can do at their convenience (usually, just by opening the door).
