ABOUT FLOWERS AND BOUQUETS
WILL THE SIGNATURE BOUQUET BE EXACTLY THE SAME AS I SEE IT ON THE PHOTO?
There are no similar signature bouquets, because there are no similar flowers. Besides there are points with flowers seasonality, availability, shape, size, colour. The material is always different due to Mother Nature.
But this doesn't mean that the bouquet will not be beautiful. All the bouquets on this web site are made by Leto Flowers florists. If you like them and our style, you will like your bouquet as well :)
HOW LONG WILL THE BOUQUET STAY FRESH?
We don't hold the material and work with the freshest flowers. If there are any problems with your flowers, the manager will contact you and will recommend another bouquet. We pack flowers safely, each bouquet includes instruction and flower conditioner.
Nevertheless, flowers are a living organism. Their condition strongly depends on many factors, including care, humidity / dryness of air and room temperature, batteries, direct sunlight (all this is not good for them), and ultimately on the atmosphere in the house (someone has flowers stand for weeks, and somewhere flowers wither on the second day).
We also draw your attention to the fact that in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300–1 (as amended on October 25, 2007) and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 19.01.1998 No. 55 (as amended on 27.03 .2007) cut flowers and potted plants are not subject to exchange and return (indicated in the List of non-food goods of good quality, not subject to return or exchange). The buyer of the online store has the right to refuse to receive the goods at the time of delivery if the goods are delivered of inadequate quality (based on clause 3 of article 497 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, article 21 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

DO YOU HAVE NO CONTACT DELIVERY?
Yes, we do.
No-contact or contactless delivery simply means that flowers are left at the customer’s doorstep, lobby, or another safe place, rather than ringing the bell or knocking on the door and having the flowers change hands directly. The customer is notified by phone or message that the order is ready for collection, which they can do at their convenience (usually, just by opening the door).
