How to place an order

It is easy to place an order on our website. Just add the selected products to the cart, go to the Cart page, check your items and click ‘Checkout’.

Manager call

If you would rather not go through the whole checkout yourself, click ‘Manager call’ on the page of a bouquet in stock and leave your details in the short form. A manager will call you back, confirm the order, answer your questions and explain the payment and delivery options.

Please note that you can place an order or ask for a manager's call any time, but they will call you back during the working hours of our store from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm Moscow time.

Classic Checkout

If you are sure of the choice, you can place an order yourself by filling out the entire form step by step.

Delivery

You can choose Pickup from our workshop at the address: Moscow, 2 Rybinskaya 13 from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm  or order delivery.

Payment

We work on 100% prepayment. You can pay for flowers by card on the website. Read more about all options in the section " Payment "

Buyer

Enter information about yourself: your name, phone number and e-mail. We will need them to clarify the details of the order, as well as to send an electronic check. 

Fill in all the fields regarding the addressee of the bouquet (if it is not you), as well as wishes for a note, packaging and flowers (if any).

In the "Order Comments" field, enter information that may be useful to the florist and courier.

Checkout

Check the correctness of the information entered and click the "Checkout" button.

After ordering

After we receive your order, the manager will contact you in a convenient way for you to confirm the details.  

When ready, we will send you a photo of the bouquet and at the appointed time the courier will deliver the flowers.
