This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the online store "Leto Flowers" located at the domain name letoflowers.ru may receive about the User while using the website, software, and products of the online store.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Website Administration of the Online Store" (hereinafter referred to as the "Website Administration") – authorized employees managing the letoflowers.ru website on behalf of Sole Proprietor Gubaydullina A. I., who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. "Personal Data" – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
1.1.3. "Processing of Personal Data" – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" – a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person who has access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the data subject or other legal grounds.
1.1.5. "User of the Online Store Website" (hereinafter referred to as the "User") – an individual who has access to the website via the Internet and uses the Online Store website.
1.1.6. "Cookies" – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time when trying to open a page of the respective website.
1.1.7. "IP address" – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The User's use of the Online Store website constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.
2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they must stop using the Online Store website.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Leto Flowers Online Store website. The Online Store does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access via links available on the Online Store website.
2.4. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the Online Store website.
3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User shall:

- Update personal data if changed.
6.2. The Website Administration shall:
- Use personal data only for the purposes stated in section 4;
- Ensure data confidentiality, not disclose without User’s written permission, except as per sections 5.2 and 5.3;
- Take standard precautions to protect confidentiality;
- Block personal data upon User request if inaccuracies or violations are found.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Website Administration is liable for losses incurred by the User due to unlawful use of personal data, unless otherwise specified in sections 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2.
7.2. The Website Administration is not liable in the event of:
- Data becoming public before loss or disclosure;
- Data received from a third party prior to the Website Administration receiving it;
- Data disclosed with User consent.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before filing a lawsuit, a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement) is mandatory.
8.2. The recipient shall respond to the claim within 30 calendar days.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to court in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
8.4. The current laws of the Russian Federation apply to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Website Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
9.1. The Website Administration may update this Privacy Policy without User consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy becomes effective upon its posting on the website unless otherwise specified.
