* Bonus points are not earned on flower subscriptions, ‘Surprise’ bouquets or other promotional items.
* If you have a personal discount, bonus points are not earned: a personal discount and bonus points cannot be combined.
* Delivery is excluded when bonus points are earned or redeemed.
The terms on personal discounts and flower subscriptions apply from 11 October 2026.
