Order processing
You can place and pay for an order on the website at any time. We reply by phone, on WhatsApp and Telegram (+7 905 553-67-36) and by email at hello@letoflowers.ru every day from 9:00 to 21:00 Moscow time.
Once your order comes in, we check that the flowers are available and confirm the delivery with you. If a flower is out of stock or not up to standard, we will offer you a similar one instead. Flowers are living things, so no bouquet is ever an exact copy of its photo. Every bouquet in our catalogue photos was made by Leto Flowers florists.
For orders placed after 21:00, delivery is usually possible from 12:00 the next day.
Paying by card on the website
At checkout, choose ‘Bank cards’. We accept Mir, Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Russian banks. You will be taken to the YooKassa payment page to enter your card details.
If the payment does not go through, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram (+7 905 553-67-36) or email hello@letoflowers.ru, and we will send you a payment link.
Paying with a card issued outside Russia
If your card was issued outside Russia, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram (+7 905 553-67-36). For now, we take payments from abroad by PayPal or in cryptocurrency: once the bouquet and the total are agreed, we will send you the payment details.
