We try to keep the catalog up to date and update it according to seasonality and availability. However, situations are possible that the flower is over, it is of inadequate quality or did not arrive in delivery. And even if the flower "is on the balance" in the system, it is impossible to say that it is until you are convinced of this "with your eyes".
If the flower is in season, then it is displayed "in stock" on the website. However, our managers always confirm the order after placing. If the availability of a flower is very unstable, then you will see the "check availability" tag on the product.
- Flowers aren’t printed in a factory, every flower is a living organism that is unique, and fowers of the same variety can differ in shape, size and colour shade. That’s why bouquets consisting of exactly the same flowers can’t look exactly the same way.
- Flowers depend on seasons, so not every flower can be ordered at any time of year.
- Sometimes even a flower in its mid season might not be delivered by our suppliers or might be delivered of poor quality, and in that case we replace them with their counterparts.
The more complex composition of the bouquet is and the more exotic flowers are used, the lower the possibility of 100% replication is. If you are not ready for experiments and want to know exactly the composition, take a closer look at Mono, Duo and Trio bouquets.
For example, all Signature bouquets are complex and creative compositions. When assembling them, we use a large number of different seasonal colours, and the likelihood that the composition will be repeated is extremely small. If you see the word "author" or "signature" in the title, be prepared for the bouquet to be different and you rely on the florist's taste within a given range and mood.
However, every single bouquet you see on our website is made by our florists and we always stick to our style
Usually we use flowers with tight blooms, to let you see the opening process at your home. Each flower is unique and needs different time to open up. Even blooms from the same pack can open differently. The speed of opening depends on many factors such as time of cutting, temperature while keeping and transportation, climate of your home.
One more thing: if you order a bouquet urgently, flowers might be delivered to you when they still haven’t fully opened their petals. We’ve just unpacked them, and they need some time to drink water, straighten out their petals and get to their natural shape.
Please note that changes will take time and delivery may be shifted to a later date. And also the fact that it is much easier to make changes to the bouquet than to the compositions in hat boxes and baskets.
We ask you to understand that we buy flowers specially for you. Therefore, the more clearly you describe your wishes, the more likely we will make a bouquet that you like. Send a photo of the bouquet and say "make it similar" is not a detailed description. We need to understand what exactly you liked and hooked on it (shape, volume, color, composition, mood, association, etc.)
We do not store ready-made bouquets. All our bouquets are made to order: this ensures the freshness and high quality of our work. After you choose the option you like on the site, we will create a similar bouquet. We will preliminarily coordinate with you all color changes, if any.
We will send you a photo of the finished bouquet. Only after your approval, we will send the bouquet for delivery.
Trim the stems at an angle, change the water every couple of days, keep the bouquet away from direct sun, heat and draughts, and use the flower food we include. A care note comes with every order.
It is important for us that flowers are delivered to you intact, that’s why we pack bouquets depending on the weather: in winter we protect them from cold with warm packaging, in rain we put additional cover-up to protect flowers from water. Besides, we deliver all bouquets on water, so that they aren’t left without water even for the time of delivery. Every bouquet is delivered in a shipping box for additional protection.
That shouldn't happen — we don't stock flowers and check freshness for every order. If something wilts too soon, message us right away with a photo and we'll sort it out. Flowers are living, so different types last different lengths of time, and we'll always tell you honestly what to expect.
Price depends on the type and variety of flower, its size and grade, the season, and how rare it is on a given day. We work with premium-grade flowers and build each bouquet to order, and we'll always explain what makes up the price — no hidden mark-ups.
We have neutral brand cards that we can sign on your behalf. Just send us words you want to tell to a receiver, and we will write it and deliver with a bouquet.
Don’t worry, the flowers will be all right!
Yes — within Moscow we can deliver urgently, in as little as 2 hours. Order intake is daily, 9:00–21:00 Moscow time; for anything time-sensitive (especially across time zones), message us on WhatsApp/Telegram so we can confirm availability and the exact timing.
Always. A photo of your bouquet before dispatch is a standard step in every order — so even from another country you see exactly what's going out. If you'd like a change, we'll adjust it before delivery.
Yes. We deliver to homes, hotels, offices and restaurants across Moscow and nearby, can keep the sender anonymous if you wish, and brief the courier for your specific order (timing, surprise, who to hand it to).
Of course! We will send you a message as soon as courier delivers a bouquet.
Yes! We never give your personal information. But if you don’t want to be anonymous, just ask as to sign a card.
Yes — Leto Flowers regularly works with clients living outside Russia who want to send flowers to someone in Moscow. You order in English, we confirm the bouquet, price and delivery, send you a photo before dispatch and a delivery status update. Many clients abroad have us deliver to the same recipient regularly, and we remember the address, preferences and important dates. Just message us on WhatsApp/Telegram +7 905 553-67-36 or via letoflowers.com.
The perfect timing to order a bouquet is a day before its delivery. This way we can discuss all the details with no rush, get fresh and high-quality flowers if they’re out of stock and you’ll get a bouquet you wanted in the most possibly perfect way.
If you are in rush, then the most important thing is to place an order before 7.00 pm, because the working hours of our florists are from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. However, even if you order flowers at 6.59 pm, we will make you a bouquet and will deliver it on the same evening as the order, at night or early next morning. If you haven’t made any order before 7.00 pm and the florists have already left the studio, we will make the bouquet next morning and deliver it after 12 pm.
However, if you order flowers for the same day or night, it is best to put your order not at 6.59 pm, but before 5 pm on weekdays and before 3 pm on Sunday. It is important because the flowers you want might be out of stock and we will need to get them from our suppliers: suppliers work until 5 pm on weekdays and until 3 pm on Sundays.
We will need about 2-3 hours for assembly and delivery (depending on the complexity of the bouquet, the remoteness of the address, traffic congestion). The fact is that we do not store ready-made bouquets and your "urgent" bouquet will also be made to order.
Yes. A manager will handle your whole order in English — from choosing the bouquet to delivery and confirmation — so nothing gets lost in translation. We also work with clients in other languages where we can.
We confirm the full price before sending you a payment link, so there are no surprises. The standard options are card payment on the website or a payment link; for companies, an invoice. If a foreign card doesn't go through, message your manager on WhatsApp/Telegram and we'll find a convenient way to pay for your country.
Yes, large formats are one of our strengths: XL baskets, 101 peonies, 200–300 roses, flower rooms, installations and protocol bouquets, assembled on time and done properly. For a large order it's best to message a little in advance so we can plan the flowers and delivery.
Yes — this is one of the things clients abroad value most. We can deliver to the same recipient on a recurring basis or on key dates, remembering the address, the palette that worked before and any preferences, so each time feels personal without you re-explaining.
It is possible that there was some disfunction and you should try to make your payment one more time. Also you can contact us on WhatsApp/Telegram on 8(905)553-67-36 and we’ll make you a link for payment.
Though we accept payments from abroad, sometimes it happens that the payments are blocked by the bank that has issued it. You can try to pay by other card or contact your bank to find out the details.
