How to place an order
It is easy to place an order on our website. Just add the selected products to the cart, go to the Cart page, check the correctness of the ordered items and click the "Checkout" or "Call Manager" button.
Manager call
The Manager's Call function allows the buyer not to go through the entire ordering procedure on their own. You fill out the form and the store manager will call you back. He will clarify all the conditions of the order, answer questions regarding the quality of the product, its features. It will also tell you about payment and delivery options.
Please note that you can place an order or ask for a manager's call any time, but they will call you back during the working hours of our store from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm Moscow time.
Classic Checkout
If you are sure of the choice, you can place an order yourself by filling out the entire form step by step.
Delivery
You can choose Pickup from our workshop at the address: Moscow, 2 Rybinskaya 13 from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm or order delivery.

Payment
We work on 100% prepayment. You can pay for flowers by card on the website. Read more about all options in the section " Payment "
Buyer
Enter information about yourself: your name, phone number and e-mail. We will need them to clarify the details of the order, as well as to send an electronic check.
Fill in all the fields regarding the addressee of the bouquet (if it is not you), as well as wishes for a note, packaging and flowers (if any).
In the "Order Comments" field, enter information that may be useful to the florist and courier.
Checkout
Check the correctness of the information entered and click the "Checkout" button.
Our service remembers user data, order information and next time will offer you to repeat the data of the previous order to enter.
After ordering
After we receive your order, the manager will contact you in a convenient way for you to confirm the details.
When ready, we will send you a photo of the bouquet and at the appointed time the courier will deliver the flowers.
