How are we taking it? Why does the delivery cost so much? 

Most of the bouquets to addresses within walking distance from the metro are delivered by our walking couriers. Couriers undergo obligatory instructions and carefully carry one or two bouquets at a time. All bouquets are packed according to the weather. Therefore, you can rest assured about delivery. 

We also use the services of auto couriers (Get Courier and our auto couriers), if the address is far from the metro, outside the Moscow Ring Road and if it is impossible to send by foot courier.

We do not make money on delivery. Neat flower delivery by good pedestrian and auto couriers costs so much. Flowers are a product that is difficult to deliver and requires special attention and accuracy. Unlike the delivery of other goods, couriers do not take a lot of bouquets for times, but work in the following format: took a bouquet - delivered - returned for the next one.

How long do you need to assemble and deliver the bouquet? 

Minimum 4 hours for designer and all group bouquets, 2-3 hours for mono bouquets. The time depends on the workload of the workshop, the size, complexity of the bouquet and the remoteness of your address.

We work from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. Therefore, for orders placed after 7.00 pm, the earliest interval for delivery: 12.00-3 pm.

What could go wrong? 

If the recipient does not open the door and does not answer the phone within 15 minutes upon delivery to the address, the courier waits 15 minutes,  after which he takes the bouquet back to the workshop. Re-delivery is paid in full.

The recipient or the Customer changes the address when the courier has already arrived at the address indicated in the order. Delivery is considered repeated and paid in full.

Is contactless delivery possible?

If you do not want to contact the courier, he will leave the bouquet in a shipping box near your door. The flowers in the box are well protected.

Is pickup possible?

You can pick up the goods from our workshop at the address: Moscow, 2nd Rybinskaya 13. Please note that in order to take advantage of the possibility of self-pickup, the goods must be paid
