Order processing
We work daily from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, at the same time we process your orders through the website, by phones and messengers 8 (905) 553-67-36, as well as via hello@letoflowers.ru. You can send and pay for your order at any time, but we will answer you during business.
Upon receipt of the order, we will check the availability of the flower and confirm the delivery with you. If some of the components of the bouquet are not available or they are of inadequate quality, we will offer you options for replacing them with analogues. Also, be prepared for the fact that flowers are a living organism, so bouquets do not 100% repeat the picture. But all the bouquets that you see on our website are made by Leto Flowers.
When ordering after 7.00 pm the earliest delivery is the next day 12.00 pm - 3 pm
Payment by card on the site
When placing an order in the basket, you can choose the option of cashless payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express. To pay for the purchase, you will be redirected to the server of the Yookassa system, where you must enter the card number, expiration date, holder's name.
You may be denied authorization if:
- if your bank does not support 3D-Secure technology;
- here are not enough funds on the card for a purchase;
- the bank does not support the online payment service;
- he data entry timed out;
- there was an error in the data.
In this case, you can repeat the authorization in 20 minutes, use another card or contact your bank to resolve the issue.

Problem with foreign payments due to sanctions
At the moment, it is not possible to pay on the site with foreign cards Visa, Mastercard. We are in the process of looking for alternative payment options.
When paying with Russian Visa, Mastercard cards from abroad, problems may also arise. In this case, we recommend using a VPN service.
Payment by bank transfer from the company's account
If you are a company, upon request by e-mail hello@letoflowers.ru we will make an invoice for payment by bank transfer, and then send you all the closing documents.
