Return policy
In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 (as amended on 25.10.2007) and Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 19.01.1998 No. 55 (as amended on 27.03.2007) cut flowers and potted plants cannot be exchanged or returned (specified in the List of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged).
The buyer of the online store letoflowers.ru has the right to refuse to receive the goods at the time of delivery if the delivered goods are of inadequate quality (on the basis of clause 3 of article 497 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, article 21 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
However, we care about improving the quality of orders. Therefore, we will consider claims if the bouquet wilted within 24 hours. To review the claim, send us a photo of the bouquet with a detailed description of the situation at hello@letoflowers.ru or W / App 8 (905) 553-67- 36. We will review your claim within 24 hours and send you a response.
Refunds
When paying for goods with a bank card, a refund is made to the card with which the operation was performed. The terms of crediting can vary from 3 to 30 working days, depending on the Bank.
We can also offer crediting money to the Buyer's personal account as a deposit for payment of subsequent orders.
Rules for making changes to the order
All significant changes to the Order must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery time. Significant changes include: postponing the delivery date for more than 24 hours, changing the composition of the bouquet by more than 80%.
Minor changes to the Order must be made at least 3 hours before the delivery time. Insignificant changes include: change of delivery address, transfer of delivery time by less than 24 hours, change in the composition of the bouquet by less than 20%.
If the Buyer makes significant changes to the Order less than 24 hours before the delivery time or minor changes to the Order less than 3 hours before the delivery time, this will be considered a new order and is subject to 100% prepayment by the Customer.
If the Buyer refuses the Order more than 24 hours before the execution of the order, the Company returns to the Buyer the amount of payment for the Order or credits the money to the Buyer's personal account as a deposit to pay for subsequent orders.
If the Buyer indicates incomplete data for the delivery of the goods or indicates an incorrect address, or the recipient is not at the specified address during the delivery time, we undertake to make every effort to carry out the delivery, including additional coordination of the address and delivery time with the recipient. However, if this fails, or the recipient refuses (for any reason) to accept the delivered goods, the order is deemed completed and no refund is made. In this case, the Buyer can independently pick up the Order, which is stored at the address: Moscow, Riga Square 9s3 within 48 hours.
